Postres Tradicionales de Ultzama, a family business which specialises in traditional sheep farming and dairy products, is based in the Navarrese valley of Ulzama, barely 20 minutes from Pamplona.

It offers all its customers delicious desserts (exquisite junket, yoghurt, ice cream and cheese), prepared with its own high-quality ewes’ milk, which can also be purchased to make a variety of desserts and recipes.
