Caviar Pirinea is the largest producer of sturgeon and large trout in Spain.

It has three fish farms located at the foot of the Pyrenees, in El Grado, Oliván and Yesa, where the fish are raised in ideal natural conditions, among which the perfect physical-chemical quality of the water from the melting of the mountains stands out.

Caviar Pirinea remains faithful to its founding values ​​and respect for the environment, which are summarized in the preservation of ecosystems and biodiversity to make the activity sustainable. Its good practices have earned it, for example, to be the first company in the world to obtain the European certificate of organic aquaculture both in the fish farm and in the Yesa processing plant.
